Hand Combat Training in Houston, TX

How Hand Combat is trained at MAST

Hand Combat is one of seven MAST disciplines. Every skill is built (or rebuilt) the right way in MAST Core and proven under pressure in MAST Applied Tactics.

• Skills are perishable. Train like it.
• Practice doesn't make perfect. It makes permanent. That's why every rep at MAST is coached.
• One class shows you what you don't know. Training fixes it.

The seven disciplines

• Firearms — Marksmanship and weapon handling.
• Hand Combat — Close-quarters fighting.
• Knife Combat — Defensive and tactical knife.
• CQB — Close Quarters Battle.
• Fitness — Conditioning for duty.
• Medical — Emergency and trauma care.
• Leadership — Command and decision-making.
