Handgun Fundamentals

$195.00

In this one day class the student will learn to safely handle and shoot their firearm, in a group environment. We will teach you how to properly load, unload, and draw the pistol from the holster.  The student will understand how to clear a possible malfunction, and how to shoot accurately.  Shooting a gun is simple; doing so accurately and repeatedly, isn’t.  This is a technical class, but after leaving this course you will be able to defend yourself with the skills the student has learned and practiced.

This course is perfect for a beginner, or a shooter who is working at enhancing their technical skills.  The fundamentals class breaks down the subsections of each skill set, so the student can digest it and master them.

The student will accumulate technical skills, to accurately and safely shoot a weapon system. In many cases for professionals, this course is taken throughout the year.

The Handgun Fundamentals course was very informative and lots of fun. The material and exercises covered were very easy to understand and follow. Immediately I learned new techniques regarding my stance, my grip, and trigger control. The way all that was explained was the most understandable explanation I’ve ever heard. I was able to make vast improvements on my shot grouping and sight picture by the end of the day. I have been recommending my friends and coworkers to take part and sign up for a class or four. The class was awesome. The instructors were great. They demonstrated great patience in teaching and working individually with students. The focus on SAFETY was very evident at all times.. Looking forward to future classes.

I have taken this course a number of times. It doesn’t matter if you have taken advanced courses or never held a firearm before, this is the foundation. The first time I took this course was amazing. Lots of drills learning the 7 fundamentals of shooting. The other times I have taken this I took home things I needed to hone. If you have a firearm, please take this course. There are many people out there that think they know what they are doing but in reality they do not. Going to an indoor range is okay but you cannot apply movement, reloads, and etc. This was the first class that I ever took with MAST Solutions and will continue to get instruction with them. If you a special op guy or never held a firearm, you will leave with more than what you came with.
